Since 2009, I have enjoyed sharing gluten-free, allergen-free recipes as well as health/nutrition articles, travel info and more in this space, on social media and elsewhere. I am proud of my work and honored to have been part of helping others navigate celiac disease, food allergies and gluten-free, allergen-free living. It has been my pleasure to get to know many of you.
However, it is time for change.
I sincerely live by what I share in terms of diet and lifestyle, as well as regarding the pursuit of dreams and personal and professional goals. I continually raise the bar with every achievement; it is my belief that, as citizens of the Universe, we are charged with the task of realizing our purpose and doing all that we can to fulfill it.
To that end, it is time to shift my focus from the online community in order to fully devote my attention to new ventures. While this may feel abrupt to you, it is not. It comes after lengthy consideration and contemplation.
It was a difficult decision to remove content from the site and eliminate some of the social channels (Facebook and Pinterest); however, I know you will understand and respect the fact that, just like you, I must make the best decisions for myself. Because this site and all it encompassed was a full-time job, I simply do not have time to maintain it properly while fully devoting myself to my new endeavors. And for the few disgruntled people sending me emails about it being “unfair to remove free content”, please note that providing free content to you isn’t free for me. ;-)
As for recipes, The Big Book of Gluten Free Cooking is a collection of exceptional recipes that are all free from gluten, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, most are dairy-free and a majority are egg-free. You can get a copy on Amazon via this link: https://amzn.to/2J0qcVN or simply enter the book title into the search box on Amazon.com.
And if you’re curious whether I still cook or not, absolutely! Actually, once this decision was firmly made, my passion for being in the kitchen was reignited! No cameras needed. No telling everyone to wait until photos are taken before they can dig in. No cold dinners. No putting a meal on hold because I need the image to share. Hallelujah! I am grateful to have the opportunity to put my culinary endeavors into the “passion” category once again as I manifest more of my dreams!
Wishing you only the very best!
