2017 Gluten Free Halloween Candy List
Pasta is the number one favorite food in the world. Considering the number of questions I receive about my favorite brand of gluten-free pasta, that’s not surprising. That’s why, in The Big Book of Gluten Free Cooking (Rockridge, Aug. 2018), I dedicate an entire chapter to this versatile food! And believe me, between cooking for my family and developing recipes, I’m pretty sure I’ve tried every brand of gluten-free pasta on the market.
That’s how I learned that while some brands are fine for boiling in the traditional manner, that doesn’t mean they will work in all cooking applications. For recipes in my cookbook, I needed a more versatile product.
